There are several convenience stores downstairs. It's very convenient to buy food at night. And there are subway stations nearby, which are good locations and easy to get out. Accommodation environment sanitation, I will choose here if i travels to Korea again next time.

Everything is great. Very quick check in, without problem searching the building in Gangnam area exit 1 . Location is good, a lot of cafe and shopping very near. If we had some questions we can text by whatsapp and very friendly lady answer and help all the time. Apertment very quite and clean. Feel comfortable like at home. Thank you very much for everything! Absolutely Recommend ! See you soon

Superb location which is nearby the subway station. Convenience stores like 7-11, GS25 and many food restaurants are close by.

Would prefer the host to provide more directions to the place, and it took me a while to search for the place with my luggage. In addition, there is no iron in the room although it was advertised

Le logement est situé en plein coeur du quartier de Gangnam, juste à côté de la sortie de métro. Après plusieurs semaines de voyage, nous avons apprécié la machine à laver le linge à disposition. Nous n'avons pas réellement profité des autres équipements (cuisine, micro-ondes, etc.). Logement bien équipé, idéal pour qui ne voudrait pas prendre ses repas à l'extérieur.

Nous avons été particulièrement dérangés pour l'insistance de la propriétaire quant au payement du logement. Un premier rappel de vive voix une heure après notre arrivée, puis plusieurs messages le soir même et le lendemain matin. Avoir l'impression de passer pour de potentiels mauvais payeurs nous a passablement déçus et révoltés! Quel manque de tact et de politesse! Autre point négatif, il est impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et la climatisation fait un boucan d'enfer...

La situation géographique est excellente car le métro est à moins de 2mns à pied. De nombreux restaurants à proximité. Une supérette en bas de l'établissement. Des chambres neuves avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour sans se ruiner. Juliette qui nous a accueillis parle très bien Français et représente tout ce que l'on aime en Asie, douceur, gentillesse, grâce et politesse...

Trouver l'établissement ne fut pas chose aisée à notre arrivée mais pour les autres, station métro Gangnam sortie 1

In the heart of Gangnam! Comfortable and cosy stay.

The location is great (in the heart of Gangnam - right by subway exit 1 and across the street from Airport bus stop) and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

The hairdryer wasn't great so I would recommend taking your own if needed.

The location and property were excellent!

The location and property were excellent! Easily accessible. Also, there were so many amenities and restaurants around the property. Perfect stay and location!

It was a little tricky finding the exact location of the property once I had arrived to the location. It would be advisable for the owners to give out the directions prior to the arrival. Other than that, the location and facilities were perfect.

The apt is in a great location. They need a write out a detail manual on how use the high tech hous

The location was excellent, right above the Gangnam train station.

The owner did not leave any kind of instructions on how to access WiFi ( password), electronic front door, bidet, stove, air conditioner etc). I had to keep on texting the owner for instructions. She was nice but I felt like I was bothering her and I was just crashing at her home. A simple manual in English on how to use these items would have been appreciated.

In the dead center of Gangnam, walking distance to everything.

It was a bit difficult in the beginning because getting the information required a lot of coordination between myself and the host. And I didn't speak Korean so I had to get a Korean friend to help me get what I needed.

The room was in the center of Gangnam, which was great, but it felt like a strange box and it didn't feel very homey.

„Komfortables Apartment in perfekter Lage

Super Lage, nur 1 Minute Fußweg von Gangnam Station, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, sauberes Apartment mit schönem Badezimmer und kleiner Küchenzeile und Waschmaschine.

Schön wäre, wenn wir die Vermieterin kurz kennengelernt hätten und sie uns ein paar Tipps gegeben hätte. Auch eine Gebrauchsanweisung der Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine in Englisch wäre nett gewesen. So dauerte es recht lange bis wir mit Hilfe der online Übersetzung alle Bedienschritte herausgefunden haben.

청소 도구, 세제, 아답터, 메뉴큐어 리무버, 빨래 건조대 세심한 구비 물품들... 감사합니다. 교통은 정말 퍼펙트! 아랫층 식당들과 편의점 10발자국가면 강나역 1번 출구!

휴지와 물이 구비되어있었으면 좋겠어요. 9박이었는데, 구비된 휴지가 모자랐어요.
